When our client asked us to create a mind controlled vault for their Chicago conference we were all in. We had just two weeks to design and deliver a bespoke product that combined interactive gameplay with strong thematic build.
We conceived a tabletop vault design that could be replicated in the U.S. and installed by a partner team before event day. The core system used Arduino-based robotics paired with an EEG sensor to measure participants’ brainwaves. The more you focus the further you progress, unlocking three locks until the vault finally opens.
To heighten immersion we integrated a voice activated AI avatar that required participants to engage verbally to initiate the vault open sequence. The result was a high-impact interactive moment that drew attendees into the experience and amplified the conference theme of espionage and play.
